Company History

We are a sister company to the renowned Owen Contractors Ltd and Owen Scaffold Contractors Ltd. Our recent change of name to Owen Groundworks Ltd allows us to better complement the Owen brand. Working together we can provide a complete service from ground to brickwork completion.

Partners Eddie Owen and Dean Noakes formed the company to provide a service to the growing workload of Trinity Homes Ltd but very quickly began securing their own Clients due to the high quality of workmanship provided.

Since its formation in 2013, Owen Groundworks Ltd has gone from strength to strength and has subsequently branched out to subcontract for other clients. These include Hastoe Housing Association Ltd, Visick Cars Ltd, Trinity Homes Ltd, Bellway Homes, Rother District Council, BTS Property Solutions, Kier and Savista.
